These terms apply to this LMR Global website and MAJESTY Magazine™ services presented by Dr. L. Michelle Rhames. Participation-specific nomination, payment, consent and sponsorship terms also apply to the relevant activity. Read them before submitting information or making a payment. Using the site does not by itself authorize publication of your likeness or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. A separately agreed written engagement may govern consulting, speaking, publishing or other commissioned services.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate anyone, submit unlawful or defamatory material, infringe another person’s rights, manipulate nominations or votes, or attempt unauthorized access to private accounts or records. We may restrict abusive activity and investigate questionable submissions, subject to applicable law.
Ownership and permissions
Site text, publication designs, branding and other original materials are owned by LMR Global or their respective rights holders. Visiting the site does not grant a right to copy, sell or imply affiliation with them. Third-party trademarks and media logos remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply their sponsorship or endorsement of MAJESTY.
Submitting a photograph or story does not transfer ownership. Limited permissions for review and approved publication are described in the Photo & Publication Consent policy. Linking to a public nominee profile is permitted; republishing someone else’s photograph requires the necessary permission.
