Permission to submit
Submit accurate, lawfully obtained information. For another person’s photograph or story, obtain permission from the person concerned and the copyright owner or authorized photographer. Being pictured does not necessarily mean you own the photograph. Do not submit confidential, infringing or defamatory material.
Submission authorizes the publisher to store and review the material for the requested nomination or engagement. It does not transfer copyright or automatically authorize public publication.
Publication approval
Public use requires the publisher’s approval and the necessary permissions from the nominee and relevant rights holders. The publisher should confirm the intended uses before publication, including a public nominee profile, the digital magazine and related announcement/promotional material. A third-party nomination is not a substitute for the nominee’s approval.
For approved uses, permission is limited to displaying, distributing and formatting the agreed material for MAJESTY and related LMR Global publication announcements. It is not a license for unrelated resale or uses beyond the approved scope. Any material change to that scope requires appropriate permission.
Photo integrity and corrections
Uploaded nominee portraits and announcement artwork are preserved without AI facial reconstruction or alterations to identity. Necessary technical formatting does not authorize misleading edits. Report incorrect names, designations, image assignments or unauthorized use to info@lmrglobal.org with the profile link.
Minors and guardian authorization
An adult submitting material for someone under 18 must obtain authorization from a parent or legal guardian with authority to approve that use. The publisher must review guardian authorization before public display. A guardian may request correction or withdrawal. Additional safeguards may apply under the laws relevant to the child.
Withdrawal and limits
A nominee, rights holder or guardian may ask the publisher to stop future use or remove material under its control. We review identity, permission scope and applicable law before acting. Already distributed editions, lawful prior uses and copies or caches held by others may not be recoverable; complete erasure from the internet cannot be guaranteed.
