Who to contact

This notice describes information handled through the LMR Global website and MAJESTY Magazine™. For privacy questions or requests, contact the publisher at info@lmrglobal.org. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.

Information you provide

Nomination forms collect nominator identity and email, nominee identity, location, category, organization, contact information, stories, accomplishments, community impact, optional photographs and consent acknowledgments. Youth submissions also collect guardian name, email and authorization.

Advertising and sponsor inquiries may collect business and contact names, email, package preferences, website links and messages. Private sponsor accounts may hold submitted materials, proofs and approval responses. Account services process your email and authentication credentials. Voting asks for an email to apply the one-vote-per-supporter-email-per-nominee rule and derives a repeat-vote identifier from it; that identifier should not be treated as fully anonymous.

The Correspondence form prepares a message in your own email application. It is not submitted to the website’s inquiry records by that form; you must send the email yourself. Once received, correspondence is handled in the recipient’s mailbox.

Why information is used

Information is used to record and review applications, match and verify payment references, administer participation rules, prevent duplicate or abusive activity, respond to inquiries, manage accounts and sponsorship deliverables, and prepare approved publication material. A nomination or vote is not an automatic newsletter subscription. Any future promotional subscription must have a separate appropriate permission process.

Public versus private information

Approved public nominee profiles can display names, photographs, organizations, categories, editorial distinctions and other approved editorial material. Approved sponsor listings can display business names, permitted logos, package recognition and approved website links. Public pages can be copied, shared or indexed by others.

Private submissions, contact details, payment-verification records and draft sponsor materials are not intended for public display. Access is restricted to authorized administration and, for assigned sponsor materials, the relevant sponsor account. Do not put private contact information in material intended for publication.

Service providers and payments

Website hosting, Lovable Cloud account/data/storage services, and email providers support these operations. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims.

Payments are completed through Beacons and its payment providers. This site does not ask you to enter a payment-card number into its forms. We use transaction/reference information to verify purchases; checkout providers handle payment details under their own policies.

Browser storage and technical information

Authentication uses browser storage and may use cookies to keep sessions available. Hosting and service providers may process technical records such as network requests, device/browser information, IP addresses and error or security logs. Blocking necessary browser storage may affect private account access. This notice does not treat continued browsing as consent to optional advertising tracking; any such tracking added later requires appropriate disclosure and choices.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purpose it was provided and as reasonably needed for publication records, payment/account administration, security, disputes and legal obligations. Retention depends on record type; no universal deletion deadline is promised. Reasonable access controls are used, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Published editions, copies distributed to others and search-engine caches may remain available after a withdrawal request. We can review material we control, but cannot promise to remove every third-party copy.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, or withdraw consent. Email info@lmrglobal.org with the relevant reference or profile link. We may verify identity before acting and explain any legal or recordkeeping limits. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. You may also complain to the privacy authority available in your jurisdiction.

Young people

Youth nominations should be submitted by an adult with appropriate parent or legal-guardian authorization. Do not submit a child’s material without that authorization. Public use of a minor’s name, likeness or story requires guardian approval and publisher review. Contact us promptly about material submitted without permission.
