Official nominations
MAJESTY Magazine™ is an independently produced digital publication. Each official nomination is $25 USD. Submissions support consideration and the publishing model; they do not buy an award, editorial placement or guaranteed selection. Submit accurate information in an available category and provide the necessary permissions.
The form is recorded first and payment is completed separately through Beacons. The office verifies the transaction before the nomination counts. A checkout visit alone does not confirm payment.
Verified nominations and complimentary voting
A nominee becomes eligible for complimentary public voting after 5 verified nominations from distinct supporter email addresses, with payment verified by the office. Duplicate, refunded or otherwise ineligible submissions do not count. Founder-submitted entries do not count unless an editorial exception is recorded.
Voting is available only when the publisher opens it for eligible, published nominees. One complimentary vote is allowed per supporter email per nominee. Do not use fabricated identities, repeat email identities, automated ballots or other manipulation. We may investigate and exclude invalid activity consistent with these rules; publication of a profile alone does not open voting.
Editorial discretion and recognition
Editorial selection, distinctions, publication and final recognition remain publisher decisions. Community participation does not guarantee an award, a particular ranking or placement. The founder may advance a nominee editorially regardless of nomination count; that decision does not waive technical voting eligibility unless a permitted exception is applied.
Available categories and distinctions are shown on the Categories page. Some distinctions are editorially assigned rather than open for public nomination. Youth participation requires guardian authorization and appropriate review. Voting dates or results will be announced when confirmed; no unannounced deadline is implied.
Consent, privacy and requests
A third-party nomination does not automatically authorize public use of a nominee’s likeness or story. Necessary nominee, photographer and guardian permissions must be confirmed before public use. Read Photo & Publication Consent and the Privacy Policy for details.
Request a correction, withdrawal or payment review at info@lmrglobal.org with your reference number. Refund requests are individually reviewed under the Payment & Refund Policy. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.
