Sponsorship Terms

All inaugural sponsorship packages include 12 months of website recognition beginning upon verified payment and official sponsorship activation.

Recognition and advertisements published in the Spring 2027 digital edition remain part of that edition for as long as the edition remains available. Active website sponsorship placements are provided for 12 months and do not automatically renew.

Checkout visits, incomplete orders and return visits do not confirm payment. The administrator verifies the Beacons transaction and officially activates the sponsorship. Presenting sponsorship is exclusive to one verified and confirmed sponsor for the inaugural edition.

Community sponsorship includes business-name recognition and a name listing only. A clickable logo, advertisement or social acknowledgment is not included unless separately agreed in writing. Other tiers receive only the benefits listed in their purchased package. No editorial features, interviews, speaking engagements, awards or certifications are included.

Required materials and advertisements are reviewed before publication. Sponsors must be authorized to submit their business content. Private contact information and draft advertising materials are not public. Submission deadlines are confirmed by the publisher.

Active website placements and clickable logo links end at expiration. Internal records and recognition already published in the digital edition are retained. An optional nonclickable archive acknowledgment does not mean a sponsor remains active and is not a promise of permanent hosting.

No automatic billing or renewal. Renewal requires explicit sponsor agreement and a newly verified payment for a new term. Sponsor badges recognize participation only and do not imply editorial endorsement, award selection or certification.
