What a payment covers
Each official nomination costs $25 USD and supports editorial and production consideration; it does not buy an award, guaranteed placement, favorable ranking or publication. Public voting is complimentary. Sponsorship purchases cover only the listed package benefits, subject to founder confirmation and material approval.
A submitted form, checkout visit or payment screenshot is not automatic verification. Keep your Beacons receipt and nomination or sponsorship reference so the office can match the transaction. Any taxes or other checkout charges should be reviewed before completing payment.
Refund requests are reviewed individually
For nomination fees and sponsorships, email info@lmrglobal.org with your name, transaction/reference number, payment date and reason for the request. The publisher reviews each request individually, including duplicate or mistaken charges, whether review or production has begun, deliverables already supplied, cancellation circumstances and applicable legal rights.
A request is not an automatic approval or denial. We will communicate the decision and, if approved, coordinate the refund through the relevant payment provider. Provider processing times may vary. This policy does not impose a blanket nonrefundable rule or remove refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies required by law.
Non-selection and publication changes
Not being selected, receiving fewer nominations or votes, or disagreeing with an editorial decision does not by itself establish that the purchased consideration service was not supplied. Nevertheless, you may request review, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
If a paid sponsorship cannot be delivered as agreed, the publisher will contact the sponsor to discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include a mutually agreed alternative or refund where appropriate or legally required. Material changes to an agreed paid deliverable require communication with the purchaser.
Other purchases
Classes, books, speaking bookings, consulting and other experiences may have separate product or written engagement terms. Review those before purchasing; this policy does not invent cancellation terms for those services or override mandatory consumer protections.
