Legacy Sponsor — $750 USD: Full-page digital advertisement in the Spring 2027 inaugural edition; Prominent clickable sponsor logo on the website for 12 months; Two social media acknowledgments.
Presenting Sponsor — $1,500 USD: Premium full-page digital advertisement in the Spring 2027 inaugural edition; Prominent presenting sponsor recognition within the inaugural magazine; Premier clickable sponsor logo placement on the website for 12 months; One dedicated social media announcement.
Founder confirmation
Sponsorship becomes active only after payment verification and official founder approval. Checkout visits, inquiries and incomplete orders do not reserve or activate a placement. Only one approved Presenting sponsorship is available for the inaugural edition. Contact the publisher if payment is made for a placement that can no longer be supplied.
Sponsorship is advertising/recognition, not payment for editorial selection. No award, interview, editorial feature, speaking engagement or certification is included unless separately agreed. A badge recognizes confirmed participation, not endorsement. Media appearances are separate from sponsor relationships.
Recognition period and edition
All inaugural sponsorship packages include 12 months of website recognition beginning upon verified payment and official sponsorship activation.
Recognition and advertisements published in the Spring 2027 digital edition remain part of that edition for as long as the edition remains available. Active website sponsorship placements are provided for 12 months and do not automatically renew.
Active website placements and clickable logo links end at expiration. Already published digital-edition recognition may remain; an optional nonclickable historical acknowledgment does not mean a sponsor is active or guarantee permanent hosting. Renewal requires explicit agreement and a newly verified payment; there is no automatic billing.
Materials and approval
Submit only business names, logos, advertisements and links you are authorized to use. You retain ownership and grant permission to reproduce approved material for the purchased placements and acknowledgments. The publisher may request corrections or reject unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsuitable material. No audience size, sales, traffic or business outcome is guaranteed.
Materials deadlines are shown on the Sponsors page and communicated by the publisher. Submit required material promptly and respond to proof requests. Missed deadlines may affect production; any material change to an agreed paid deliverable should be addressed with the sponsor rather than assumed accepted.
Privacy, cancellation and refunds
Private contacts, draft advertisements and proofs are managed separately from public recognition. Assigned sponsor accounts access their private materials; account assignment does not give editorial privileges.
Cancellation and refund requests go to info@lmrglobal.org and are reviewed individually under the Payment & Refund Policy, considering work performed, deliverables supplied and applicable rights. Mandatory consumer protections remain intact. A separately agreed written sponsorship contract may add specific deliverables without overriding non-waivable legal rights.
